Cleverly designed to accommodate a sanding belt, the Expander Sanding Wheel allows the user to sand large areas quickly and uniformly. Ideal for sanding engine castings to remove the sand mold marks prior to polishing.

The center of this wheel has special adapters to fit shafts of ½”, 5/8”, ¾” & 1” diameter.

The wheel comes with:

  • 2 x 40 Grit Belts

  • 2 x 80 Grit Belts

  • 2 x 120 Grit Belts

The wheel has a 6 inch diameter, with a 1.25 inch face.

Max RPM 2800

Our Aluminum Oxide sanding belts fit all other brands of expanding wheels.
