Our Glow In The Dark powder coating additive is a class of newly developed phosphorescent (glow-in-the-dark) pigments which are based on Strontium Oxide Aluminate Chemistry. They are drastically different from conventional phosphorescent pigments which are either based on Zinc Sulfide or on radioisotopes for their self-luminous properties.

•Afterglow period of ten times current ZnS based phosphorescent pigments. 

•Initial afterglow brightness of up to ten times that of conventional phosphorescent pigments. 

•Increase in luminescence and afterglow with longer activation time 

•Excellent weather and light fastness 

•Free of hazardous and radioactive substances 

•3 oz of additive treats 1 lb of powder 

•Sift into your powder 2-3 times with a sifter for proper mixing. 

•Works best in light colored powders and clears.

•Requires Sunlight, Bright Light/ UV Activation.

Turn any glossy powder into a semi gloss or matte powder.

•For semi gloss, mix 10%-20% with your powder (1.6-3.2 oz/lb) 

•For matte, mix 20%-30% with your powder (3.2-4.8 oz/lb) 

•Do not exceed 30% mixture. 

•Do not use with High Temp Powders 

•8oz container treats 1-2 pounds of powder

Reduces substrate related outgassing.

•Suitable for use with any powder. 

•Mix 0.03 - 0.06 oz per 1 pound of powder (you may need to use a small digital scale) 

•Mixes in excess of 0.06oz/lb may result in a waxy surface. 

•1 oz of OGF additive treats approx 17lbs of powder. 

•Reduces gloss level by 10 units.
