Ultrasonic cleaning is the unique phenomenon created by ultrasonic waves travelling through a liquid, creating millions of tiny bubbles that expand then implode. It is these tiny bubbles combined with a huge pressure of the implosion that creates incredible cleaning results. UltraSonic-416 is a universal ultra-sonic and soak tank cleaner formulated to remove a wide range of contaminants including oil, grease, cutting and grinding fluids etc. encountered in manufacturing and remanufacturing industries. UltraSonic-416 complex blend of alkalis, surfactants, sequestrates, chelators makes it ideal for use in Ultrasonics. UltraSonic-416 is safe for use on ferrous metals, copper, and brass. UltraSonic-416 may also be used on aluminium, zinc and their alloys, where a slight etch is not critical. EcoSonic-500 is a water-based stripper/ cleaner, which is non-toxic - user friendly and environmentally safe. EcoSonic-500 offers an excellent alternative to toxic Chlorinated solvent products currently used to strip and clean coatings/surfaces. Envirosonic-2000 Formulated as a complex solution with User and Environmentally friendly solvents, non-caustic alkalis, Activators and Bio-degradable surfactants. Envirosonic-2000 is a heavy duty stripper for the removal of stubborn carbonaceous deposits and most paint finishes from the surface of ferrous and non-ferrous engine components and similarly affected items. UltraKlene-Sonic6 is a universal ultrasonic cleaner, based on a complex blend of potassium phosphate, sequestrants, water miscible solvents, cationic & non ionic surfactants. UltraKlene-Sonic6 is particularly effective when used for cleaning auto electrical components in the re-manufacturing industries, due to the mild alkaline nature of this product. UltraKlene-Sonic6 also finds applications in filter cleaning, especially electro static filters. This is due to the high level of cationic surfactants, which break down the static electric charge. It is suitable for cleaning ferrous, non-ferrous & plastic components. However care should be taken on certain non-ferrous components when used at high concentrations or elevated temperatures.

UltraKlene-Sonic10 is a Heavy Duty Ultrasonic Cleaner. It is a powerful amber coloured alkaline detergent based on caustic alkalis, chelaters, sequestrants and biodegradable surfactants. UltraKlene-Sonic10 is excellent for removal of wide range of soilings including: Rust, Paints, Exhaust carbon i.e. (turbo components) Oils & Greases which are commonly encountered in auto electrical & fuel injection remanufacturing industries. Please remember that the treated metal will be open to rusting within a very short time, Inhibit this with INHIB-AR22. UltraKlene-Sonic10 is suitable for use on all ferrous metals and copper, but will corrode copper alloys, aluminium, zinc & their alloys. UltraKlene-Sonic10 is designed for use ultrasonically & at a concentration between 10 to 20% of the working solution. ComSonic-650 A concentrated Rust and Scale Remover, Citric Acid Based - Environment friendly. ComSonic-650 is economic in ultrasonic cleaning units. Using a concentration of 20% for the mix. A constant temperature of about 550 - 600 C it can remove even heavy corrosion in a short time. This product is a development on the widely accepted industrial rust remover Comscale-650 and is equally as effective with a good cleaning action. It is user friendly and is not harmful to the environment. When exhausted it is drain safe. 1 litre makes 5 litres of active solution. AluKlene-Sonic A concentrated solution that can be used at different dilutions for ultrasonic cleaning. It is suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, and non-ferrous metals.
