AR22 RUST INHIBITOR
AR22 is a neutral rust inhibitor and light duty cleaner. AR22 is ideal when it is essential to prevent re-rusting without leaving a visible or interfering film.
AR22 is suitable for use in soak and spray wash operations. AR22 has a wide range of applications including:- final rinse after phosphate operations, as a light duty cleaner for ferrous and non ferrous metals or used in conjunction with a heavier duty cleaner as a rust inhibitor. AR22 is a complex blend of amines and organic acids and will give good rust protection for several days under good internal storage conditions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Make up concentrations of AR22 vary between 1% - 2% by volume, however optimum concentrations should be determined by trial. Additions of AR22 should start at 1% and increased until desired results are achieved. AR22 is generally operated at a temperature range of 70 - 80c as this will aid flash drying.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Irritant - contains amines and organic acids avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear suitable protective clothing and eye/face protection. Do not mix with other chemicals unless specifically directed.
Wash splashes from skin with water. For splashes to eyes rinse with clean water for at least 10 minutes. If swallowed give water to drink.
Do not induce vomiting give water to drink for effects of inhalation remove patient to fresh air, keep warm and rested. Medical attention is recommended following contact with eyes, if swallowed or if irritation persists after skin contact.
Small spillages can be flushed to foul sewer. Larger spillages should be
contained and absorbed using sand or earth, then placed into suitable containers ready for disposal via a licensed waste contractor.

Because this product is chemical based, the shipping within the UK is in most cases is a little higher than normal, due to regulations and a very small number of carriers that can ship, for customers outside of the UK there is a "Hazardous Goods" surcharge, this will be calculated at checkout
