    Nice brown brass numerals

Posted by Mauri on 15th Sep 2015

I'm making a sundial. The numerals are engraved in brass pieces The body got nice dark brown color, later the numbers will be polished. What I missed , was some tips for preparing and aftercare of the work piece. To get nice even color the piece must be clean, a short dip in acetone is not enough.. Sorry for my bad English.
