ENVIROSONIC For Heavy Carbon Deposits

Envirosonic is a complex aqueous blend of non-caustic alkalis, user/environ-friendly solvents, activators and biodegradable surfactants.  Envirosonic has been especially formulated for the removal of stubborn carbonaceous deposits and most paint finishes from the surface of ferrous & non-ferrous engine components.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Fill the tank to the level required, allowing for component displacement. Envirosonic is operated at temperatures Ranging from 55 ^oC to 65^oC, 60 ^oC is a good compromise between energy consumption and efficiency. Process times will depend on the Degree of carbonaceous deposits being removed.

The working level should be maintained at all times. In the event of replenishing the product due to evaporation and drag out, Periodically the solution should be emptied and the carbon sludge removed to maintain the activity of the product.
