SD-Klene S175 is a heavy duty, mild caustic alkaline cleaner, suitable for use on Steel, Brass, Copper and other metals. It can be used as a soak
cleaner and electro cleaner or a combination soak/ electro cleaner prior to Electroplating, Phosphating, Stove Enamelling, Chemical Blacking
or Powder Coating. SD-Klene S175 is designed to eliminate solvent degreasing and is capable of prolonged bath life in both barrel and rack installations
of any size, its unique blend of surfactants with unique wetting and penetrating properties, which provide for the effective removal of lanolin based
oils and greases. Many other contaminates, including oxidised greases and oils are readily removed in soak and electro cleaning operations at ambient
or elevated temperatures.

SD-Klene
S416 - is a Medium duty alkaline -
caustic free detergent. Used as a universal soak tank cleaner formulated to remove a wide range
of contaminants including oil, grease, cutting and grinding fluids etc.
encountered in manufacturing and remanufacturing industries.
Its complex blend of alkalis, surfactants, sequestrates, chelators
makes it ideal for use on a wide range of applications, including
electro-cleaning, floor maintenance, and barrelling operations, Soak tanks
and Ultrasonic Units.
SD-KLENE
S416 - is safe for use on ferrous metals, copper, and brass and may also
be used on aluminium, zinc and their alloys, where a slight etch is not
critical.

| Aluminium
De-Oxidizer & De-Smut. This is the product the commercial anodisers
use, a liquid concentrate, added to distilled water, to make a pre-anodise
dip which de-smuts, removes unwanted materials such as copper, silicone
& magnesium and prepares the metal for immediate anodising. This is
useful on alloys prone to smutting when placed into the anodising tank.
(Usually found on many Japanese motorcycle parts.) Aluminium De-Oxidizer
& De-Smut is a chrome-free liquid de-oxidizer for a wide range of
alloys. It operates at room temperature and is also an excellent
de-oxidizer for aluminium alloys prior to chromating.

Anodise
& Chrome Stripper is a super fast commercial grade stripper. It
outperforms all others in speed and quality. Does not attack the
aluminium. Used as a soak
stripper for Anodise and an Electro-stripper for chrome.

Aluminum
Brightener: Cleans and brightens aluminium, stainless steel,
copper, brass, and non-ferrous metals. In just seconds, the
industrial strength formula dissolves grease, oil stains, grime and road
film. Dilute 126ml, 213ml or 296ml per 4.5 litres of water depending
on the cleaning job. Ideal for brightening aluminium before
anodising. Reduces buffing time and effort.
This
is a corrosive material and cannot be air shipped. Can be shipped by
surface carrier only to European Countries and Scandinavia

| SD-Neutalise
S50
A Sodium Bi-Carbonate based powder used to
neutralise spills of acid or to reduce an acid solution to a safe liquid
for disposal. A rinse in this
solution will ensure that no carry over of acid can effect the electrolyte
of a further plating process.
